Houaphan Red tea is harvested from the mountainous regions of Lao PDR. Red tea is very beneficial for the heart, skin, and digestive system.
How to drink: Put 3g of tea leaves for 2-3 cups. Pour hot water (80 C) and keep it for about 3-5 seconds then pour away for cleaning. Add hot water (80 c) again and keep it for about 3-5 minutes, then pour into a teacup to drink.
Do not soak tea leaves in the glass. Do not throw tea leaves away after one time filter, it can be refilled 2-3 times.
